With three decades of global experience in internal audit, risk management, and quality assurance in healthcare, Yolanda brings an exceptional wealth of expertise to our Bayside Peninsula team. Her diverse background spans the Victorian public sector, private organisations and not-for-profits, with a specialised focus on aged care, disability support, and mental health recovery services.
As Location Manager at Bayside Peninsula, Yolanda is deeply committed to building genuine, trusting relationships with NDIS participants, their families, and the wider community. Her passion includes empowering NDIS participants achieve their goals and live independently at home, while leading a dedicated team that supports one another.
A qualified CPA and seasoned auditor, she masterfully combines corporate governance with genuine compassion. Yolanda ensures strict compliance with NDIS Practice Standards while always keeping safe, person-centred care at the absolute core of everything she does.
Yolanda is recognised for her collaborative leadership style, operational acumen, and ability to build high-performing teams. She attributes her achievements to aligning with strong organisational values and learning from admirable mentors in her field. Enthusiastic about driving a culture of continuous improvement, she is an advocate of robust regulatory compliance, effective management of risks, and the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality care and support services.
Outside of work, Yolanda shares the love for travelling with her daughter in Germany, her son in New Zealand, and family ties in the Philippines. Closer to home, you’ll find her campervanning around Australia with her husband and their beloved Great Dane. As a self-certified dog devotee, she is always up for a warm, friendly chat about her favourite pups!

Branch Manager – Dean Godden

With over 15 years of experience across consulting, commercial finance, and management, I have worked closely with service-based organisations including organisations in the industries of NDIS, aged care, allied health, and broader healthcare sectors. My background combines 10 years of consulting experience with 5 years in commercial finance and leadership roles, enabling me to assist organisations deliver meaningful outcomes for the communities they serve.

Outside of my professional career, I am passionate about giving back to the community through my involvement with Enjoy Church’s Re.Store program. Re.Store supports individuals and families by providing grocery assistance, pre-prepared meals, and a range of community-focused initiatives.

Supporting people living with disabilities is a cause that is particularly close to my heart. Having spent more than 15 years involved with the NDIS in both my professional and personal life, I am a strong advocate for empowering individuals to build independence and participate fully in their communities. This passion aligns closely with the personalised, independence-focused support that In Home Care provides.
