Supported Independent Living (SIL) - House Support

We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), Short Term Accommodation (STA), and Individualised Living Options (ILO), with a goal-focused approach designed to support participants to work towards the goals in their NDIS plan. We also offer engaging and fun community outings that encourage participation, connection and independence.

For SIL, supports are funded through a participant’s NDIS plan when SIL is included in their approved funding. Participants are responsible for their own rent, board and everyday living expenses, which are separate from their NDIS-funded SIL supports. These living costs are generally paid from the participant’s personal income, such as the Disability Support Pension, and may be supplemented by Commonwealth Rent Assistance where eligible.
